Playing Experiences

There are two ways to play experiences created with OrchestrateVR.

1. Using a web browser
2. Using a compatible VR headset

Playing Experiences on a Web Browser

You must use a standards-compliant web browser such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or

Microsoft Edge.

1. Open your web browser and visit https://orchestrate.accessvr.com

   1. 

2. Sign in using the username or email address and password you were given

   1. 

3. Select My Assignments from the Main Menu

   1. 

4. Select the Module or Experience you would like to play

   1. 

5. If your assignment is a Module that contains more than one experience, select Start Module from the Module Detail screen, to launch the first experience within the module

   1. 

6. If your assignment is a single experience, select LAUNCH from the Experience Detail screen

   1. 

7. The Experience will open in a separate browser tab

   1. 

8. The LAUNCH EXPERIENCE button will become available, once the experience has loaded

   1. 

Playing Experiences on a VR Device

1. Make sure you have set up your VR device with OrchestrateVR
2. Launch the OrchestrateVR application on your VR device

   1. 

3. This will display a 6-digit code

   1. 

4. Open your web browser and visit https://orchestrate.accessvr.com

   1. 

5. Sign in using the username or email address and password you were given

   1. 

6. Select PAIR VR DEVICE from the Home screen

   1. 

7. Enter the 6-digit code displayed on your VR device into the code field

   1. 

8. Select ENTER CODE to pair your VR device

   1. 

9. In your VR Device, select the Module or Experience you would like to play from the Assignments screen

   1. 

10. If your assignment is a Module that contains more than one experience, select Start Module from the Module Detail screen, to launch the first experience within the module

    1. 

11. If your assignment is a single experience, select LAUNCH EXPERIENCE

    1.
