Password Management

Passwords are used to protect access to the OrchestrateVR platform and your organization's content.

Users can manage their individual passwords. Org Admins have permission to change user passwords, within their organization, in case users need assistance.

Forgot Password

Forgot your password? No problem. Just click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link from the OrchestrateVR Log In screen and follow the prompts, to reset your password.

1. Select FORGOT PASSWORD? on the Log In screen

2. Enter the email associated with your User Account in the input field

   1. 

3. Select EMAIL PASSWORD RESET LINK

   1. 

4. Check your email for a message from OrchestrateVR to Reset Your Password

   1. 

5. Click on the RESET PASSWORD link in the email

   1. 

6. Validate your email address

   1. 

7. Enter your new password in the Password

   1. 

8. Enter your new password in the Password Confirmation field

   1. 

9. Select RESET PASSWORD to save your changes

Change Password

To change your personal password

1. Select MY PROFILE from the User Profile drop down

   1. 

2. Select Change Password from the dropdown menu on the User Details screen

   1. 

3. Enter your new password in the CHANGE PASSWORD field

   1. 

4. Enter your new password in the PASSWORD CONFIMATION field

   1. 

5. Select CHANGE PASSWORD to save your changes
