Organize Experiences with Modules

Modules are a great way to organize related experiences into a single assignment.


Create a Module

Org Admins and Training Directors can create Modules.

  1. Select Content>Modules from the Main Menu
  2. Select CREATE MODULE from the Modules screen
  3. Add a Module name in the name field on the Create Module screen
  4. Select CREATE MODULE to create the new module
  5. Select ATTACH EXPERIENCE on the Module Detail screen
  6. Use the search box on the Attach Experience screen to find and select the Experience to add to the Module
  7. Select ATTACH EXPERIENCE to attach the Experience to the Module

Edit a Module

Org Admins and Training Directors can edit existing Modules within their organization, to attach or detach experiences.

  1. Select Content>Modules from the Main Menu
  2. Select the Module from the Module screen
  3. From the Module Detail screen you can
    • Edit the name of the Module, by selecting the edit icon
    • Attach or Detach Experiences
