Set Up Your Organization

Customize your organization details reflect your organization. Only Organization Admins have access to edit organization details.

Organization Details

The Organization Details screen allows Organization Admins to update the name, branding assets and settings for their organization.

View Organization Details

1. Select "My Organization" from the User Profile drop down menu

2. View your organization details on the Organization Detail screen.

Edit Organization Details

1. Select the edit icon from your Organization Detail screen

   1. 

2. Enter your Organization Name, in the Name field

   1. 

3. Upload your company logo and skybox assets

   1. 

4. Edit your settings preferences

Settings

There are 2 checkboxes to control how experiences are made available for consumption.

1. All Experiences Module
   • Turning on this checkbox places all of the experiences you have within your organization into a single module, allowing all organization users to play any experience without the need for assignment.
2. Lightweight LMS
   1. Turning on this feature enables all LMS features which include creating groups, modules and assignments.
